磨菇忌廉湯

材料 :
鮮磨菇 200g
洋蔥(切碎) 50g
蒜頭(切碎) 1瓣
牛油 30g
麵粉 30g
清雞湯 半公升
淡忌廉 100ml

調味: 鹽、胡椒粉少許

做法:
1) 用牛油起鑊, 加入磨菇, 洋蔥及蒜頭略炒後, 加入麵粉, 拌勻
2) 注入清雞湯, 煮沸, 加入調味, 以慢火煮25-30分鐘
3) 將(2)注入攪拌機內打至軟滑, 放回鍋內, 加入鮮忌廉煮沸即成
