茄醬鮮魷魚腸仔意粉

材料:
鮮魷魚2件,腸仔1條,洋蔥1個,蕃茄,意粉約180g,乾蔥碎少許

調味料:
鹽半4茶匙,糖1.5茶匙,雞粉半茶匙,黑椒碎少許,茄汁少許,阿里根勞少許

製法:
1.洋蔥切碎,蕃茄去皮備用,意粉烚軟備用
2.將鮮魷魚去除內臟,切成圈狀,香腸切片備用
3.將魷魚圈烚熟,腸仔煎香
4.燒熱平底鑊,燒熱油,加入洋蔥碎,蒜茸及乾蔥碎爆香。加入蕃茄肉,黑樣碎,茄汁,以慢火拌勻,約2至3分鐘,再加入阿里根勞調味
5.最後加入鹽,糖及雞粉調味
