香葉炒豬肉

材料:
豬肉碎半斤,豆角2兩,大紅椒半隻,指天椒3隻,甲拋葉10塊,蒜茸1茶匙

調味料:
魚露適量,蠔油少許,辣椒油2茶匙,糖少許

製法:
1.將豬肉和蒜頭剁碎,備用
2.豆角,紅椒,指天椒切粒
3.先起鑊,然後加油燒熱
4.放入蒜茸爆香
5.加入肉碎,椒粒及豆角炒香,再加調味料炒勻
6.最後放入甲拗葉,炒至香味滲出即成
