蕃茄煮蛋

材料 :

蕃茄

調味: 糖、鹽少許

做法:

1) 先煎好蛋, 待用
2) 蕃茄一開四, 先落油煎一煎, 然後加少少水, 煮到蕃茄開始林
3) 加少許糖, 再放鹽調味
4) 加蛋炒勻即可
