菠菜魚卷

材料 :
龍脷魚柳
菠菜葉
蘑菇
乾蔥頭
忌廉
麵粉

調味: 鹽、胡椒粉少許

做法:

1) 將魚柳切薄片後加鹽及胡椒粉略醃
2) 菠菜略煮後興魚柳一併捲起
3) 用橄欖油及牛油起鑊煎魚卷
4) 汁料做法,將牛油,麵粉及忌廉煮稠
5) 加入蘑菇,鹽,胡椒粉,乾蔥碎及魚卷略煮

  1. 無錯,呢個食譜我係未試過的,相信會好好味,又好似唔難整,只係炒麵粉要小心點,唔好炒燶.朗豪,你試下話比我聽掂唔掂?因為….我未試過嫁!haha. 呢個假期等我都試下先.
