牛丼

材料 :
火鍋牛肉片
洋蔥1顆
柴魚片1小包
日式醬油2湯匙
日式味醂4湯匙
白砂糖1/2湯匙
開水500cc

做法:
1) 首先將柴魚片、日式醬油、日式味醂、白砂糖及白開水放入湯鍋中熬煮
(祕訣:湯汁煮滾後轉小火、微微熬煮約5分鐘)

2) 洋蔥去頭尾之後切絲備用
3) 將熬煮湯汁內的柴魚片撈起後
4) 再將洋蔥絲丟入鍋中熬煮至洋蔥絲變軟、變色(前後約5~10分鐘)
5) 將火鍋牛肉片切片(寬度約為1吋)後放入鍋中拌炒
(祕訣1.:拌炒過程中請確認所有牛肉片~片片分離)
(祕訣2.:待牛肉片入味之後即可關火)
6) 白飯盛入碗中後、將燉煮過的羊肉片與洋蔥絲夾起置於白飯上.並淋上醬汁

  1. so complicated for a beef rice!!!! 柴魚… remind me the 柴魚花生congee, a hot bowl of congee in a cold winter night~~~~ when you are going to try the 牛丼?

  2. 唔係柴魚花生粥的柴魚,係似食八瓜魚丸面頭果d木魚絲,呢個食譜唔複雜,柴魚片,日式醬油同味醂都可以去Jusco $10 shop買到,等我試完影張相比你睇.但….我屋企無電飯煲,做唔到牛丼,只可以做餸.
