今天做了一個炒烏冬,用了肉片跟椰菜,上海粗炒的味道,味道尚可,如果下多點油及用猛火應該會更美味,不過還是健康點好,飽肚又不難吃已很足夠.
 
多謝肉店大叔把豬肉切片,果然刀法如神!
