清酒煮大蜆

材料 :
大蜆 350克
 
調味料 :
清酒 1/8杯
味醂 1/4杯
木魚花 適量
大蒜 1條
鹽 半茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
水 少許
做法:
1) 大蒜取白色部分,切絲;大蜆以鹽水略浸,直至吐出沙及穢物;木魚花以熱水1/2杯浸透
2) 燒熱鍋,放少許油,爆香大蒜絲,放少許胡椒粉
3) 加進清酒,煮滾後,分別加進味醂、隔渣木魚水1/2杯及少許鹽煮成清酒湯,待煮滾後放入大蜆,轉猛火,蓋上蓋
4) 待清酒湯再煮滾時,撈起大蜆,掉去沒有開蓋的大蜆,加入清酒湯即可品嘗

    kowloon city to eat thailand style 煮大蜆,
    the 蜆 is really big. Sure your 清酒煮大蜆
    will not be back, hehehee
