原味souffle

材料 :
蛋黃1個
蛋白2個
砂糖2湯匙
牛奶50毫升
麵粉1湯匙
做法:
1) 預熱焗爐200度
2) 蛋黃加入1湯匙糖打至奶白色,再加入已篩好的麵粉攪勻成糊狀
3) 牛奶煮熱(不要滾), 加入麵糊中快手攪勻
4) 蛋白打至起泡, 加入餘下的1湯匙糖打至企身,再加入麵糊中混合
5) 將麵糊放入焗杯中, 約八成滿, 入焗爐12分鐘後取出
