茄汁豬扒

材料:
豬扒三件
番茄一個
蒜茸兩茶匙
 
醃料:
鹽、糖各半茶匙
生抽兩茶匙
生粉一茶匙
胡椒粉少許
水、油各半湯匙
 
芡汁:
水3/4杯
茄汁兩湯匙
生抽一茶匙
鹽半茶匙
糖一湯匙
生粉一茶匙
 
做法:
1) 豬扒洗淨抺乾,用刀背拍鬆,拌入醃料約十分鐘,番茄切角.
2) 燒熱適量油,放入豬扒煎熟,取出切成粗條.
3) 另燒熱適量油,爆炒蒜茸及番茄,加入芡汁煮滾.豬扒回鍋與汁料伴勻即成.
 

試煮了,很不錯!
