咖哩大蝦

材料:
大蝦十隻
洋蔥一個切長塊
蔥一條切段
芹菜兩條切段
辣椒適量直切
蒜頭四粒拍碎
汁料 :
咖哩粉一湯匙
花奶四湯匙
魚露一茶匙
紅油一湯匙
蠔油一湯匙
糖半茶匙
雞蛋兩隻
 
做法:
1. 蝦去殼去頭留尾,洗淨瀝乾
2. 雞蛋打入碗內加入咖哩粉、奶水、魚露、糖、紅油、蠔油,用筷子快打拌勻備用
3. 油少許燒熱後把蒜頭爆香加入大蝦炒熟,調至中火.
4. 再加入蔥段 、芹菜和洋蔥翻炒幾下至軟化.
5. 最後倒入醬汁續炒至收水,上菜時蝦面撒上辣椒即成.
 


做了,但咖喱汁不夠,要加以改善.
