粟米湯

原來不用罐裝粟米也可以弄粟米湯,這個食譜非試不可。

材料:
粟米三條
雞蛋一個
水十碗
 
調味:
雞粉適量
胡椒粉適量
 
做法:
1. 粟米用磨器磨成粟米蓉,烋水加入粟米蓉,水滾慢火煲二十分鐘。
2. 下調味再加入生粉水埋獻至濃熄火。
3. 雞蛋拌勻,逐少加入粟米湯內拌勻即成。

  1. wowww, sounds need lots of time and difficult to control the result. hahaha. i never thought about how to make cron soup from raw….. for other food, i may think about that. May be it is too causal in our daily life so i take it for granted.
