蕃茄牛肉炒蛋

材料:
蕃茄兩個
雞蛋四個
牛肉十五元
 
芡汁:
蕃茄醬四湯匙
糖一湯匙
水五湯匙
 
做法:
1. 蕃茄切成小塊,雞蛋打散備用。
2. 鍋中放油一湯匙先炒蛋上碟備用。
3. 加入一湯匙油,牛肉略炒上碟備用。
4. 加入兩湯匙油炒蕃茄再加入芡汁,中火煮至蕃茄溶化。
5. 再放回牛肉,蛋,加生粉水拌勻至汁濃即成。
