今天把昨天剩下來的牛肉,做了一道咖喱薯仔牛肉,原來慢火炆可令牛肉變得柔軟,很可口.

  1. 食這味餸冇理由唔撈飯啦. 整咖哩都幾考功夫, 落太多會太咸, 太少又冇味.
    你知唔知如果整咖哩整得太spicy 點樣補救? 有人教話落花奶便可中和呢。。。試一試
