清蒸多寶魚

某天街市,竟有多寶魚,成為二十元,其實多寶魚名字多聽了,可是卻沒有吃過,聽說很好吃,骨不多,這是我鐘意的,所以二話不說便買下,清洗時發現多寶魚的魚皮很厚很粗,像沙紙一様,煮後是普通魚皮般滑,很有趣,另外,多寶魚應是扁平魚類,本以為眼睛生於一面,或左右兩面,原來牠一顆眼睛生在一面及另一顆生在頂部(即是一般魚的頭頂),洗魚時真的覺得有點可怕… …
