蜜糖燕麥飽

第四次的作品,蜜糖燕麥飽,蜜糖味不足,燕麥很香,發酵不足,鬆軟度不及之前的白麵包,可能是麥粉跟白麵粉分別,又可能是用了麥包程式,又可能是酵母質數問題,不知曉.但過兩天烘成多士,味道perfect!
