肉鬆包

想做肉鬆包很久,那天到了永安百貨,買了一包旗魚魚鬆,包底是甜餐包麵糰,加上魚鬆的鹹香,不錯.最愛是那吐司上的魚鬆旋風pattern, So good!

  1. 用膠布蓋著最後發酵係保持濕潤, 膠布不須蓋得太緊, 輕輕蓋上就可, 如不想影響包面, 發至六, 七成就移開, 加油!
