蕃茄香草包 – Tomato Focaccia

正煩著今個星期做什麼味道的麵包之際,在雪櫃發現了一樽喝剩的蕃茄汁,立即想用來做個蕃茄包,除了蕃茄汁還可加什麼? 記得間中到西餐廳,餐前吃過一種香草包,翻查之下,原來這種包是意大利的Focaccia,意式香草包,加油醋吃更滋味,蕃茄加香草實是絕配,所以今個星期做了蕃茄香草包.本打算加乾香草之際,竟然給我在雪櫃裡找到一樽pesto醬,噢,這pesto醬成了這個Focaccia的靈魂,一邊焗,全屋也充滿了香草味!讚!

已下是完成品,香草味濃,全靠那pesto sauce的extra virgin olive oil,強烈推介!
