麵包製作班第二課

第二課學的是甜麵包,基本上港式的麵包都是甜麵包,糖份比較高.這堂學了二款包,分別是提子吐司,車輪包及吞拿魚包,由於沒有車輪模,所以做出來只是條狀提子包.
 
那三角形狀的便是吞拿魚包,有餡包份外可口!
