又是湯種方包

焗爐壞了,唯有繼續用麵包機做方包,今次又是做了湯種白方包,滿屋香氣!

材料:
高筋麵粉 300克
乾酵母 2茶匙
鮮奶 100毫升
原糖 1湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
無鹽牛油 15克
湯種 120克 (由20克高粉 + 100毫升水做成)
