Homemade Pizza

第一次整pizza,用了一個超簡單的食譜,其實跟做麵包差不多,卻不用發酵,很方便。

這個pizza左面是沙樂美腸跟車厘茄,右面是雜錦海鮮跟車厘茄,我覺得沙樂美腸好好食,超配!海鮮好似配番茄醬差少少,白汁應該好點。另外,可能我的焗爐溫度不夠高,加上推得不夠薄,所以做不到很意式薄批效果,有少少似薄左的厚批感覺,有待進步。

最可惜的是敏言實不領情,只愛吃pizza邊,有一點點番茄醬便吐出來!下次唯有不預她,還是煮些淡而無味的東西給她吧!
