Homemade Pizza II

又來homemade pizza,果然practice makes perfect! 今次好過上次,昨晚把餘下的麵團放入雪櫃,今晚拿出來做pizza,竟然容易推開,所以做了個方型Salami Pizza,四邊十分crispy,美中不足是中心軟軟的不夠脆身,應該是焗爐下火不夠熱,算吧,因為一早已知我這焗爐不夠火喉。最後兩個人十多分數便吃了整個Pizza,很過份但很滿足!
