10 June 2012 – Muffin Baking

自從上次在朋友家做了Muffin後,很想在家做Muffin,為了找個終極食譜,做了很多功課,如為何用Baking powder及baking soda,什麼比例才做到外脆內保持濕潤,終於給我找到了一個高人的食譜,再加以改動,做出來的效果果然外脆內軟,很不錯,唯一失敗的是我把底部焗燶了一點點,下次不要放在焗爐下格。

我的Muffin食譜:
牛油50g
糖25g
蛋1隻
低筋麵粉110g (原食譜用高筋加低筋麵粉)
Baking powder泡打粉1.5g
Baking soda梳打粉1g
鹽少許
乳酪30g
全脂奶30g (原食譜用cream)

做法:Mix Mix Mix,焗爐180度20分鐘,叮!即成!
