今天做了酥皮腸仔卷,用了現成的酥皮及腸仔,簡單可口,可惜敏言只愛吃腸仔,並把酥皮弄碎,還是做腸仔麵包好一點。

焗好,原來要230度焗20分鐘,那才可以做到脆口!

    1. 多謝欣賞,少看comment,遲來回應不好意思,這個酥皮腸只要買現成pastry,滾平約4mm厚,包迷你腸仔,用叉封邊,入焗爐前掃蛋汁,要高溫大約230度爐15分鐘左右,祝你成功。
