洛神花果醬

上星期在街看到洛神花的蹤影,十六元一斤,很便宜,買了一斤回來做果醬,一斤大約可做六百毫升果醬,甜度自己控制,放兩甁在家很方便!

材料:
洛神花 一斤
原糖 大約四-五湯匙

做法:
1. 先把洛神花洗淨,分開核及花萼再洗淨
2. 核加水煮15分鐘左右,隔核留水
3. 放花萼煮至杰身,加糖調味即成
